The snack shop "Haneyasume" at TobaObservatory has been renovated and will reopen as "Amano-terrace" on December 29, 2022!
There is a cafe and souvenir shop inside the store, which has a modern Japanese and calm atmosphere, and there is terrace seating outside.
The cafe is located in a location where you can see the Toba sea from both inside and outside, and the menu offers sandwiches, frappes, and parfaits made with ingredients from Ise-Shima.

The lighthouse was built in 1949 and is now one of Japan's most representative lighthouses, designated as a national tangible cultural property. The surrounding anori Misaki Garden is a grassy field that is crowded with people watching the first sunrise of the year on New Year's Day. If the weather is nice, you can even see Mt. Fuji. Daiosaki Lighthouse (ShimaCity)

Daiosaki Lighthouse is located in the southeastern part of Ise-Shima National Park and is famous for its sparkling white lighthouse and the town of Ishizaka. This lighthouse stands in Daiosaki, which is also famous as kachiji on the coastal terraces.
This lighthouse marks the border between the Kumano Sea and the Enshu Sea, and was built in 1928 as the most advanced lighthouse at the time. The general public can also climb to the top of the lighthouse and enjoy the view.

In the Maruyama district of KumanoCity, there are many small rice fields called Senmaida. The scenery is spectacular, and it is said to be the best terraced rice field scenery in Japan. There are approximately 1,340 small rice fields stacked on top of each other, so much so that it is said that ``I thought one rice field was missing, but it was hidden under the shade.''

Numerous events are held throughout the year, including rice cultivation experiences, and conservation activities are carried out by local people.

Hisai Sakakibara wind power generation facility (AoyamaPlateau Wind Farm) (TsuCity-IgaCity)

Near the top of Mt. Kasatori, a green area AoyamaPlateau and Aoyama Highlands, is the largest windmill in Japan that generates electricity. We have installed 24 wind turbines (3,000 kW) with each generating capacity of 750 kW, supplying clean energy to power companies.
The windmill tower is 50m high, the diameter of the rotor (rotating part) is 50.5m, and the height from the ground to the top is 75m, making it one of the largest in Japan. Its simple, flowing design blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape.

GojobanYashiki (MatsusakaCity)

A samurai residence where Kishu feudal retainers moved to protect Matsuzaka Castle at the end of the Edo period.
This kind of group house is very rare in Japan, and people still live here today.
