Japan's three major canyons "OsugiGorge"

Due to damage caused by Typhoon No. 7, the Osugidani Climbing Trail will be closed for a while from August 18, 2023.
Many large and small fallen trees have occurred in many places, making it difficult to pass and the road unclear.
There are some parts where you have to climb up and down cliffs. Additionally, there are many dangerous spots due to the inflow of sediment onto the mountain trail.
Due to the unsafe conditions, we strongly request that you refrain from entering Osugidani.

Osugi Gorge is one of Japan's three major canyons, along with Kurobe Gorge and OsugiGorge Gorge.
One of Japan's best canyon courses where you can walk while admiring emerald green streams and majestic waterfalls.
The total length is approximately 14 km, and the altitude difference is 1200 m. There is a beautiful Osugidani mountain trail.
