We also have a wide variety of desserts that are popular among women! Everything from cakes to apple pies to French toast is made by hand.

Moonlit Roof Chapter 2 (MatsusakaCity)

An old folk house cafe located right next to the Matsusaka Castle ruins and GojobanYashiki. The restaurant was renovated from a 70-year-old building and has a retro interior, giving it a nostalgic Showa era feel. We wanted to weave a new story every 10 years, so in 2014, when we celebrated our 10th anniversary, we changed the name to "Moonlit Roof Chapter 2."
The menu is the same for both day and night, consisting of side dishes made with seasonal vegetables and a set meal consisting of a choice of 3 to 4 main dishes.
The manager recommends the herbal tea that he orders from a specialty store. It is a masterpiece that is easy to drink and has no taste that will change your image of herbal tea. Please try.
Reservations are not possible, so please come here when you want to forget about time and relax or while sightseeing in Matsusaka. Please note that only the roof of the building is visible from the road, making it a hideaway spot as the name suggests. It is across from MotooriNorinaga Memorial Museum.
