Shogenji Temple

A temple of the Myoshinji sect of the Rinzai sect located near Yunoyama Onsen, which is also known for its hot springs.
It was once destroyed by Oda Nobunaga's military fire, but was rebuilt in 1657.
The wooden seated Yakushi Nyorai statue and the samurai statues on both sides are registered as tangible cultural properties designated by the prefecture.
