It was relocated to YokkaichiCity in 1896 (Meiji 29) as the villa of the 10th Ito Denshichi (1852-1924), the founder of Japan's largest spinning company, Toyobo, and known as the "Spinning King." ``Denshichi residence''. The two-story wooden building and Japanese garden are located on a site of approximately 600 tsubo, and the stately "entrance building" and the gabled "Satsuki building" are registered tangible cultural properties (buildings) of the country.
