Established shortly after the war, this long-established store is visited by a variety of people, from old-fashioned regulars to tourists. ``Minokomi'' is a dish that allows you to enjoy a variety of textures, including small intestine with a plump texture, as well as hormones such as Tecchan and Mino. Both the miso sauce and the dipping sauce have a miso flavor that is typical of Matsusaka, and we have inherited the traditional taste that started in Matsusaka when we first opened and has spread to this day.
