Ueno Park's cherry blossoms
Event date: Mid-March to mid-April
Collaboration between Hakuho Castle and cherry blossoms
Ueno Park is home to Iga Ueno Castle, which has one of the tallest stone walls in Japan, and is home to many Yoshino cherry trees in full bloom, creating a beautiful sight that looks as if the castle is covered in mist in the spring.
There are also NinjaMUSEUMofIgaryu, Basho Memorial Museum, Haiseiden, and Iga Ueno Castle in the surrounding area.
