Masahiro Kasahara, the master of the Japanese restaurant ``Pros and Cons'', which is famous for its difficult reservations, will be opening at the VISON restaurant.

On July 21st, Mr. Masahiro Kasahara, the master of the Japanese restaurant ``Pro-Con-Ryoron'', which is famous for its difficult reservations, will be visiting the VISON store.
To commemorate your visit, we will be offering "Kasahara Gozen" as a special menu for one day only.
This is a rare chance to enjoy a kaiseki meal prepared by the master himself in the kitchen.
Quantities are limited, so please make a reservation before visiting us.

Born in Tokyo in 1972. Growing up watching his parents run a yakitori restaurant, he was able to develop a variety of tastes, techniques, and tastes from an early age. After graduating from high school, he trained at "Shogatsuya Kitcho" for nine years, and then took over his parents' yakitori restaurant. On the occasion of the store's 30th anniversary, he temporarily closed the store, and in September 2004, he opened his own store, ``Prosperous Ron'' in Ebisu. The only menu on the menu is the ``Omakase Course'' that makes use of seasonal ingredients. In 2013, he opened ``Pro-Con-Ryoron Nagoya'' in Nagoya, and in 2014 he opened ``Pro-Con-Ryoron Men's Hall'' in Hiroo, where you can enjoy handmade soba and stylish side dishes. With the motto of ``Skills, Tongue, and Playfulness,'' he continues to demonstrate his skills today with the sense he inherited from his father and the reliable techniques he honed at top-class restaurants. "It was the Japanese restaurant in Japan that was most helpful and appreciated by Japanese people," he says, and he is working hard every day with the goal of leaving his mark on future generations.
