Umiya Shrine
It enshrines Kotoshironushi no Mikoto, who is said to be the son of Okuninushi no Mikoto.
Beside the torii gate is a huge stone lantern that was built in 1843 and is 5.28 meters high and weighs 54.2 tons, made entirely of natural stone.
The autumn festival, which is said to be the latest in Japan, is held on December 20th every year.
