Hanzo (Ota Sake Brewery) Hanzo Ota Shuzo
This is the brewery that created Hanzo, the toast sake for IseShimaSummit. Established in 1891, the famous sake created by Iga's climate and natural features is a must-see. In addition to Japanese sake, ``Ninja Ale,'' a ginger ale made with water from the local sake ``Hanzo,'' is also popular.
