Located within the precincts of Harutokuji Temple, the tree is approximately 400 years old, approximately 10 meters tall and branches wide, and approximately 4 meters in circumference. It is commonly called ``Higanzakura'' and blooms from late March to early April. Under the cherry blossoms, stone Buddha statues of various sizes are lined up. Recently, it has been lit up. A city-designated natural monument.
