Yokowazakura Yokowazakura
Dates: Late March to early April Cherry Blossom Festival (scheduled) Sunday, March 24, 2024 to Sunday, April 14, 2024 *Go no Megumi Furin will be closed every day during the festival.
``Yokowazakura'' has petals that are 2 to 3 times the size of Yoshino cherry trees. The color is deep and each flower has a large number of petals, making it a sight to behold.
This is a very rare variety, and because it only exists in Yokowa yokowacho IseCity in Japan, it is called "Yokowa-zakura" in this area.
yokowacho is dyed pink during the cherry blossom season, and the Yokowa Cherry Blossom Festival is also scheduled to be held during the cherry blossom season.
