A reserved seat ticket is required to participate in the following events (1) to (3). Fill in the desired event name, postal code, address, name, phone number, and desired number of tickets (fill in for each event) by Monday, September 11th (must arrive) and send directly by post, fax, or email. Human Rights Policy Division (513-8701, address not required, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
*You can apply for up to 5 tickets for each event (1 admission ticket required per person).
*Seat reservations will be made by lottery, and the winner will be notified when the seat reservation ticket is shipped (scheduled to be shipped on Wednesday, September 20th).
*If there are a large number of applicants, we will select the maximum number of applicants.
*Applicants' personal information will be used only for this project.
