[Yamasa Wakiguchi Suisan, established for over 120 years in 1890] x [Michelin Chef PAGES "Ryuji Teshima"] will realize a new sustainable future of fisheries. This is the world's first experience-based tuna specialty store that has a permanent tuna butchering space and integrates wholesale, retail, and food services.
