An experiential tour where you can see and learn about Japan's traditional culture of "fermentation"
Tour the "Learn and experience" breweries (miso brewery, mirin brewery, vinegar brewery, kelp brewery, soy sauce brewery, pickles brewery, and sake brewery) in Wavison with your guide and learn about "fermentation", a traditional Japanese culture. An experiential tour where you can learn.“How is miso fermented?”
“What kind of material is mirin made of?”
We will answer these questions while visiting our breweries.
After the tour, we will provide light snacks (rice balls, miso soup, pickles, etc.) made with seasonings and ingredients from the brewery. We will tell you about the authentic taste made using traditional methods.

・Mirin tasting is available at Mirin Brewery. If you do not drink alcohol, please write in the "Notes" section when applying. For those who request, we will prepare ``Nikiri Mirin'' with the alcohol content evaporated.
