“World Culinary Studies Association in VISON”Beautiful country Mie
Mie Prefecture is located in the eastern part of the Kii Peninsula, extending north and south from Ise Bay along the Pacific coast. In the inland area, the Suzuka Mountains, Yoshino Mountains, and Kii Mountains surround the Ise Plain, giving birth to the blessings of the sea, mountains, and rivers, and the fertile land grows a rich variety of crops. Visson is a beautiful village in TakiTown, surrounded by nature, in the middle of an area divided by color into northern, middle, and southern regions. We would like to use this place as a place to bring together the feelings of all people involved in food.
Chefs from Mie Prefecture unite their passion to enhance Mie's food culture. On this day, we will begin by inviting professionals to talk about the current state of the food world, their own cooking sensibilities, technical theories, and the future of the food and beverage industry.
