A complex hot spring resort offering “healing” and “food”

KomonoTown is surrounded by nature. Aquaignis, which was born in Mt.Gozaisho Onsen at the foot of Mt. Gozaisho, has sweets and stone oven bread by Hirohiro Tsujiguchi, two Italian restaurants by Masayuki Okuda, Japanese cuisine by Masahiro Kasahara, hot springs with 100% free-flowing source water, lodging buildings, and detached inns.・A variety of ``healing'' and ``food'' gatherings, such as the strawberry house and gallery.

[Pursuit of “healing”]
◆100% natural hot spring “Kataoka Onsen”
At Kataoka Onsen, approximately 800 liters of 42℃ hot spring water is poured per minute from the spout from 1,200 meters underground, without adding water, heating, or circulation, including showers. There is a shop, cafe, mineral mist bath ``LeFuro'', beauty salon ``MiMC'', and other relaxation and rest spaces, as well as an accommodation building.

◆Organic detached inn "cedar", "pine", "chestnut", "cypress"
We offer four detached inns with different tastes. This inn is made with plenty of naturally dried domestic wood such as cedar, pine, chestnut, and cypress, and the interior was designed by four artists. All four buildings have private open-air baths.

[Pursuit of food]
◆Three top chefs
・Hirohiro Tsujiguchi
A pastry chef representing Japan who has won numerous world competitions. He has been active in a wide range of activities as the owner and chef of Mont Saint Clair in Jiyugaoka. At Aquaignis, he is responsible for ``Confiture Ash'' and ``Mariage de Farine,'' and also operates ``Tsujiguchi Farm,'' a four-building strawberry greenhouse.

・Masayuki Okuda
Owner and chef of "Al Kecciano" in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. He is active worldwide, including being selected as the executive chef at the Davos Conference in Switzerland. This is Aquaignis' first store in western Japan, and they offer ``Sala Bianchi Al Kecciano'' and ``Il Kecciano Miele.''

・Masahiro Kasahara
Currently, the master of ``pros and cons'' in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, is known as one of the most difficult Japanese restaurants to get a reservation. At Aquaignis, we are developing ``Pros and Cons of ``Kasaan'' under the theme of ``Authentic Japanese food that the whole family can enjoy.''
