``Soba Kiri Ishigaki'' was opened by Yusuke Ishigaki, who trained at the Michelin-starred 1-star ``Naniwa Okina,'' which is part of the chain of ``Odaruma,'' which popularized hand-made soba noodles made entirely from homemade flour.
Following the Okina tradition of Nihachi soba made with completely homemade flour, we have created a restaurant where you can simply enjoy soba and sake. Please enjoy the taste and smoothness of Mr. Ishigaki's elegant soba, which focuses on the power of Yunoyama Onsen's natural water to bring out the full aroma of domestic soba.

We also have warm kettle-fried soba noodles.
From the Nagoya direction, take the Kintetsu Nagoya Line, change to the Kintetsu Yunoyama Line at Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station, and get off at the last stop, Yunoyama Onsen Station. For overnight guests, please inform us of the pick-up time from the station when making your reservation. Guests wishing to visit the restaurant should take a taxi or walk to the restaurant.
By car: About 6 minutes from Komono IC on the Shin-Meishin Expressway. Please head towards Yunoyama on National Route 477.
