A luxurious villa with a private open-air bath for art and relaxation

Earth, stone, plaster, wood, lacquer, Japanese paper, glass, iron
Suishikyo is a museum-like inn with 12 villas themed around 8 materials.

We selected authentic materials for each villa that are beautiful in their natural state, and created 12 villas that will grow in flavor over time. The space is filled with modern art, crafts, ancient art, and antiques, making it feel like an extremely comfortable museum. Next time, I want to experience the materials and art in that villa.
This will make your stay more enjoyable.

``Soba Kiri Ishigaki'' is a branch of ``Odaruma,'' which popularized hand-made soba noodles made entirely from homemade flour.``Soba Kiri Ishigaki'' was opened by Yusuke Ishigaki, who trained at the 1-star Michelin restaurant ``Naniwa Okina.'' Following the Okina tradition of Nihachi soba made with completely homemade flour, we have created a restaurant where you can simply enjoy soba and sake.

There are also three gourmet restaurants within the facility that use carefully selected ingredients.
Unagi UnagiYondaimeKikukawa a restaurant specializing in eel dishes, is known for its ``Ippon Unagi,'' which is a high-quality whole eel grilled in kabayaki. We carefully select eel that is the best in size and thickness, and even though the skin is grilled to a crisp, the flesh remains fluffy and soft, creating a luxurious texture.

``HINOMORI'' serves dishes using open flames such as wood and charcoal. Seafood is enveloped in the elegant aroma of the moment the flame goes out and turns into a smoldering flame, or high-quality aged beef is slowly roasted in chunks. Enjoy the delicacy and exuberance of the taste created by the flames in our courses. The cooking supervisor is Ryuji Teshima, a chef active in France. The ingenuity of an inquisitive chef sheds new light on local ingredients.

Mr. Shiho @shih0107, author of ``I want to see the world's spectacular views before I die!'' and producer of spectacular views, visited ``Sosuikyo'' which opened this summer, so I would like to introduce it to you. # Repost @shih0107 with @make_repost ・・・ A huge stone in the room! ? This is actually a room at the inn "Suikyo" which opened this summer in Mie Prefecture. All 12 rooms are separate and completely independent, and all have open-air hot springs! What's more, you can park your car right in front of your room, so you don't have to meet other guests, so it's a perfect accommodation for today's times. Each of the 12 rooms has a unique design based on themes such as lacquer, iron, wood, and stone, and the room I chose is Sekiro. I've always felt calm when I see ``stone'', but I wonder if there's anyone who can empathize with me...lol It's called ``piercing raindrop stones,'' but the shape of a stone changes over tens of thousands of years due to rain and river flow. It has a unique shape because it has been slowly carved away by the history of history... It's irresistible for history buffs... For me, this calming ``stone'' is right in the middle of the living room! That one is really impressive! Furthermore, stones are placed in the bathroom and next to the bed. You can see the reservation status for each room on the official website, so if you're interested, please check it out A giant stone in the room! This is actually one of the rooms at Sosuikyo hotel, an inn that opened this summer in Mie, Japan. All 12 rooms are completely independent, and all of them have an open-air hot spring! Moreover, you can park right in front of your room so you don't have to meet other guests , making it a perfect place for the current times. Each of the 12 rooms has a unique design based on a theme such as "lacquer," "iron," "wood," or "stone," and the room I chose was called "Sekirou" (stone). I've always felt comfortable when I see stones, but can anyone else relate to this? LOL! It's called "piercing the dripping stone", but the form of the stone has been slowly chipped away by rain and river currents over tens of thousands of years, so it's a unique shape... a must for history buffs... ... That's the kind of "stone" that soothes me, right in the middle of the living room with a bang! And that's a lot of pressure placed! In addition, there are stones in the washroom and next to the bed. You can also see the reservation status for each room on the official website .
