Event date: Early April to mid-April

The path lined with over 400 wild cherry trees, many of which are old and gives a sense of history, stretches for 1.5km from Ise Honkaido to the approach to Shinpuku-in Temple. It's like walking through a tunnel of cherry blossoms, and it has been designated as a nationally designated scenic spot and one of the ``100 Cherry Blossom Spots.''

The best time to see the cherry blossoms is about 10 days later than the Somei Yoshino cherry trees, and because there is a difference in elevation, you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing for a long period of time from the beginning of bloom to the cherry blossoms in their leaves.
