The 1.5km approach road from National Route 368 to the main gate of Shinpuku-in Temple is famous for its wild cherry blossoms, which were even featured in Umako-uta. The row of over 400 cherry blossom trees has been designated as a national scenic spot and has been selected as one of the top 100 cherry blossom viewing spots.

From Kintetsu Nabari Station, take the Mie Kotsu bus bound for Okutsu for about 60 minutes and get off at Sugihira.
(The bus stop is along Ise Honkaido Road, and from there it is a 1.5km tree-lined approach to Shinpuku-in Temple.)

Approximately 70 minutes by car from Ise Expressway Hisai Interchange, approximately 70 minutes by car from Meihan National Highway Ueno Interchange
(The roads nearby are narrow, so please follow the instructions of the local security guard during the cherry blossom season.)
