Experience making the popular swirly sausages by hand!
■ Authentic smoked sausages
It would be fun if there was a sausage that was like a lollipop! That's how Mokumoku's Spiral Wieners began. They are not only eaten in the park, but are also popular as souvenirs, and about 60,000 are made by hand each year. It may seem like you just stuff the sausage into a sausage and roll it up, but it's surprisingly difficult!
