[Chef Okuda Profile]
Born in Yamagata Prefecture in 1969, he independently opened "Al Kecciano" in Tsuruoka City in 2000. It has many stores in Ginza, including ``Yamagata Sandandero''. In 2020, he received the ``Agency for Cultural Affairs Commissioner's Commendation'' in recognition of his significant contribution to the promotion of Japanese food culture, and has participated in numerous activities around the world, including at the Davos Conference. In recent years, ``A New Way to Boil Pasta: Boiling Theory'' won two categories at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2022, and won the Grand Prix in the ``Single Subject Category.''

Approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes by bus bound for Shingu via VISON from platform 1 on the 3rd floor of the Meitetsu Bus Center in front of Nagoya Station.

Along National Route 42
From Ise Expressway/Kisei Expressway, Sewa-Taki Interchange, turn left on Route 42, go about 200m to VISON "Vison Intersection" which is the entrance.
