Soy sauce/soy sauce brewery
Enjoy the nostalgic aroma of freshly baked soy sauce with take-out dishes such as Iseyaki udon, tofu noodles, and spring rolls.
Inside the brewery, there are plenty of things to see, including historical pictures of Ise soy sauce, fun Rolling Soybeans, and the wonders of fermentation. The shop sells not only seasonings and foods made with Ise soy sauce, but also sweets made with Ise soy sauce.
In addition, "delicious medicinal products" will be introduced for the first time. Of course, there is also a full gift corner. This is a soy sauce entertainment ``kura'' where you can enjoy watching, eating, and enjoying a walk around the center kitchen.
