Nabananosato Sato Weeping Plum Festival?

Nabananosato

Nabana no Sato's Weeping Plum Festival is held in early February, when the white and red plums are Nabananosato, and the weeping plums bloom.
There are approximately 330 weeping plum trees in the approximately 3,000 tsubo plum garden, which can be enjoyed from late February to mid-March every year.

As of February 18, 2024, it will bloom for 6 to 7 minutes and will soon be at its peak 🌸

There are mainly weeping plum trees that are over 40 to 50 years old, but there are also old plum trees that are over 120 and 140 years old, and they are in full bloom.

This year's plum garden will be open to the public from February 3rd (Friday)!Light-up will also be held♪

*The inside of the plum garden is easily accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, so you can visit with confidence.

The scent of plum blossoms spreads throughout the plum garden, and the scent of weeping plums with their glossy pale pink flowers is said to be strong in the night...! Nabananosato is a valuable spot where you can enjoy viewing plum blossoms at night.
You can take a walk surrounded by flowers on the path inside the plum garden. Please enjoy taking photos with the weeping plums in the background.

Please note that this year's illumination period will be determined by the blooming situation, so please check here for details.

Also, Japanese daffodils bloom in the plum garden, so when I visited previously, I was able to enjoy a lovely collaboration with the weeping plums! It seems that the Japanese daffodils are starting to bloom a little earlier this year, so I think we'll be able to admire them together when the weeping plums start blooming.

Along with the "Nabananosato Illumination" event, you can also enjoy the illuminations at night.
