There are approximately 330 weeping plum trees in the approximately 3,000 tsubo plum garden, which can be enjoyed from late February to mid-March every year.

There are mainly weeping plum trees that are over 40 to 50 years old, but there are also old plum trees that are over 120 and 140 years old, and they are in full bloom.

This year's plum garden will be open to the public from February 3rd (Friday)!Light-up will also be held♪

The scent of plum blossoms spreads throughout the plum garden, and the scent of weeping plums with their glossy pale pink flowers is said to be strong in the night...! Nabananosato is a valuable spot where you can enjoy viewing plum blossoms at night.
You can take a walk surrounded by flowers on the path inside the plum garden. Please enjoy taking photos with the weeping plums in the background.

Please note that this year's illumination period will be determined by the blooming situation, so please check here for details.

Also, Japanese daffodils bloom in the plum garden, so when I visited previously, I was able to enjoy a lovely collaboration with the weeping plums!
It seems that the Japanese daffodils are blooming a little earlier this year, so I think we'll be able to admire them together when the weeping plums start blooming.

The trees are lit up at night to coincide with the blooming, and the gorgeous scenery during the day turns into a magical world at night.

This year, there will also be a zone where fog appears as a new effect...! A delicate mist made with water that enhances the vitality of living things is said to be emitted throughout the day towards the weeping plum blossoms, and it is sure to become a fantastical spectacle at night!
I am also excited about this unprecedented attempt♪

In addition, at the Suzuka Forest Garden, there are floating flowers with Christmas roses floating in front of the stalls, bamboo lanterns that bring out the charm of weeping plums, Christmas roses and daffodils that bloom at the same time of year, dainty Japanese butterflies, and azaleas that reach their peak at the end of the season. Garden flowers and creatures

In the plum garden, you can enjoy not only plum blossoms but also Christmas roses that bloom at this time of year.
Also, last year and the year before last, I encountered weasels and white-eyes in the plum garden! If you're lucky, you might even come across various creatures such as rabbits and foxes!

Although the white-eyes stayed in the garden for a short time, they seemed to be cruising around the garden in groups.

Also, the rope around it is pink, so it looks like it gently wraps around the weeping plums, and the point is that it looks beautiful even in the photo...!
It's still a new area, so it looks like there will be days on weekdays when you can relax and enjoy the view.
