“Butasute” is a stubborn Ise Wagyu beef specialty store.
An Ise Wagyu beef specialty store founded in 1909. The unique name of the restaurant is said to have come from the fact that they abandoned pork in favor of beef. Butasute 's beef is made from calves that are carefully raised by farmers. The beef is carefully cut into strips by a skilled craftsman, so the marbled beef is surprisingly tender and, combined with the sweetness of the meat, melts on your tongue. We also recommend the gyudon, which uses scraps of meat from various parts.
