A private library established between the end of the Edo period and the beginning of the Meiji era by Takekawa Chikusai, a Keisei family, who spent a large amount of his own money collecting domestic literature in order to cultivate human resources. Related materials are designated cultural properties by the prefecture. (The inside is not open to the public)
