It is said to have been founded by Enryō.
Although it is a small temple, it houses many old Buddhist statues that have been designated as national and prefectural important cultural properties.
In addition, Mt. Akiba, the mountain behind the main hall, is a famous spot where the Miyama azalea blooms from mid-April to late April, offering a panoramic view of NabariCity.
The hydrangeas are spectacular from mid-June to mid-July. You can copy sutras and take photos in front of the national treasure, and you can also receive a stamp.
