UnagiYondaimeKikukawa'' is an eel restaurant run by a long-established eel wholesaler that has been in business for 90 years. We carefully select eel for our store that we purchase from a wholesaler and grill it crispy using our own brand Bincho charcoal.
The specialty is the ``Ippon Eel,'' which is made using a whole eel and is served in a custom-made Shigaraki ware weight. The skin is crispy and the flesh is soft. When you bite into it, the high-quality fat melts in your mouth.
Please enjoy the freshly grilled "crispy and fluffy" eel.
