A tour of unknown and attractive places in OwaseCity
We will walk through the forest with a guide, enjoy the Kumano Sea, and visit the Mikisaki Lighthouse, which will be opened to the public in conjunction with the lighthouse anniversary on November 1st.
・Kina Pass Smokehouse Ruins (During the Edo period, when a foreign ship discovered this place, it was communicated by letting out a smoke. Ring-shaped stonework remains.)
・Nagabae (Where there was a pier for transporting supplies to Mikisaki Lighthouse. View of the magnificent Kumano Sea.)
・Mikisaki Lighthouse (The area off the coast of Mikisaki has long been a dangerous place in the sea. It was lit for the first time in 1928 and became a target for ships traveling through the Kumano Sea.)
[Walking distance approximately 5km, maximum altitude 250m]
Meeting time: November 1st 9am
Meeting place: Mikisato Beach (next to Meigara parking lot/public toilet) Meigara-cho, OwaseCity Staff car will lead the way from here
Capacity: 20 people (first come first served)
Participation fee: 1,500 yen (including insurance fee)
Things to bring: Lunch, drinks, trash bags, rugs, medications, etc.
Clothes: Easy-to-adjust clothes, non-slip shoes, gloves, hat, stockings (if necessary), backpack, etc.
Participation conditions: Injuries and accidents during the trip will be covered within the scope of the accident insurance you will take out.
If you are not feeling well on the day of the event, please refrain from participating.
