In addition to the SUP experience on a calm dam lake where even beginners can participate with confidence as instructors will give careful lectures, there are also upstream tours that take you on an adventure to the uppermost reaches of the miraculously clear Miyagawa River, approximately 7km one way and 14km round trip.
Dog SUP, where you can experience unexplored SUP with your dog, is also popular.
