Illumination period (late October to end of May): Take the Mie Kotsu direct access bus from Kintetsu nagashima Station on the Kintetsu Nagoya Line for about 10 minutes and get off at Nabana Nabananosato Sato. *During the illumination period, Kuwana bus services are suspended with some exceptions.

Early summer to autumn (excluding illumination period): Approximately 10 minutes by Mie Kotsu bus from Kuwana Station on the JR Kansai Main Line or Kintetsu Nagoya Line and get off Nabananosato.
