Onigajo Cherry Blossom Road (blooming information also available) Onigajou Sakura-no-Michi
Date: Late February to early April
The approximately 2,000 cherry blossoms blooming along the promenade from Onigajo parking lot to Matsumoto Pass, a tourist attraction right near the Odomari IC in KumanoCity are a sight to behold! As spring approaches, four types of cherry blossoms (Kanhizakura, Someiyoshino, Yaezakura, and Oshimazakura) bloom one after another, delighting the eyes of tourists. Enjoy cherry blossoms along the Kumano Kodo Iseji Route, a World Heritage Site.
