I think many people use the train to get to Mie Prefecture after arriving at Chubu Centrair International Airport (Centrair) by plane, but you can actually use a high-speed boat!

We have published an article that introduces how to ride the fast, cheap, and convenient TsuAirportLine, its timetable, fares, what's inside the ship, and how to sightsee around Mie Prefecture after getting off the high-speed boat.

A spacious and comfortable boat trip with little shaking!

TsuAirportLine 's high-speed boat makes seven round trips a day between Chubu Centrair International Airport and TsuNagisamachi from Monday to Thursday, and 11 round trips a day on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

There are two high-speed boats: the Phoenix and the Cattleya. This high-speed boat is a very convenient means of transportation for tourists and Mie Prefecture residents. Both are large ships with a capacity of 100 people, so they are very comfortable with little rocking caused by waves. The spacious interior of the ship is completely barrier-free and can be used comfortably by both the general public and those in wheelchairs.
