The annual jumbo zodiac was dedicated to Tatsumizu Shrine in Misato-cho, TsuCity City. It will be displayed until mid-February.

This is a jumbo zodiac sign of a golden rabbit, named after the 2023 zodiac sign "U".

Approximately 3 meters long, 2.8 meters high, and weighing over 200 kilograms, it was built by local residents in about a month by assembling steel frames and Styrofoam to liven up the area. It is said to have benefits such as good health.

In addition, the jumbo zodiac signs that have completed their role will be "married" to various parts of the prefecture, mainly in TsuCity. "Tourism Mie" introduces an article summarizing where the Jumbo zodiac signs have married into. How about taking this opportunity to tour the jumbo zodiac?
