Doi Bamboo Grove

The Doi family, a forestry family dating back to the Edo period, has created a splendid forest of bamboo, including Moso bamboo, which was transplanted from Satsuma.
The bamboo forest spreads over approximately 4,000 square meters, and there are large bamboos up to 30 centimeters in diameter.

The door in the back is usually closed, but if you open it you will see a gazebo. The breeze blowing through the bamboo forest is pleasant.
(Please close the door bar firmly when you leave.)
