Kazuo (excavated from the remains of the Kamoudatsuji Kakiuchi tile kiln) Shibi (Kamodatsujigai Itogayo atshutsud)
In August 1981, a Kazuo from the Hakuho period (late 7th century) was excavated. Kazuo is something that decorates both ends of the large ridge of the roof of a palace or temple. This Kazuo is one of the largest in Japan. It is a nationally designated cultural property. It is currently on display at the Ureshino Furusato Hall. There is also a promenade near this historic site.
