This cafe is located on the side of OdaiTown Health Fureai Hall and is located in a blue sky-blue building that is a renovated warehouse. We offer a variety of fluffy breads made with no eggs, milk, butter, or margarine in the dough. Cakes and drinks are also available. You can also take out.
Our carefully selected bread is as fluffy as a cloud.
We opened a bread shop that was safe for children to eat at events related to nursery schools and elementary schools in OdaiTown, and the reputation of our ``cloud-like fluffy bread'' spread through word of mouth. In response to many requests to open a store, a group of close friends renovated an empty warehouse and opened it in December 2018. We sell a wide variety of breads that are made without eggs, milk, butter, or margarine. White bread is especially popular.
We also recommend the in-store cafe where you can enjoy cake and coffee.
The staff recommends the roll cake. They want you to taste the dough, so they have less cream and a higher proportion of dough than regular roll cakes. For the coffee, I have an original blend made by a roaster I know from the Kanto region. Reservations are required for whole cakes for birthdays and anniversaries.
