Chef Masayuki Okuda's casual Italian restaurant ``Il Kecciano Miele'' has opened at Aquaignis in Yunoyama Onsen in Komono-cho, KomonoTown!
You can easily enjoy Chef Okuda's pasta and pizza with our set menu. The photo shows the inside of the store's kitchen.
The main dishes are pizza and pasta, and the ingredients include Komono pork from KomonoTown, seafood from Mie Prefecture, and local vegetables.
From now on, they want to offer pasta and other items that match the ingredients purchased that day, so I'm looking forward to the future.

Aquaignis
Northern forces
Komono KomonoTownKomonoTown is surrounded by nature. Aquaignis, which was born in Mt.Gozaisho Onsen at the foot of Mt. Gozaisho, has sweets and stone oven bread by Hirohiro Tsujiguchi, two Italian restaurants by Masayuki Okuda, Japanese cuisine by Masahiro Kasahara, hot springs with 100% free-flowing source water, lodging buildings, and detached inns.・A variety of ``healing'' and ``food'' gatherings, such as the strawberry house and gallery. [Pursuit of "healing"] ◆ 100% free-flowing hot spring "Kataoka Onsen" Kataoka Onsen has a hot spring source from 1,200 meters underground at a temperature of about 42 degrees Celsius at a rate of about 800 liters per minute, without adding water, heating, or circulation, making it a luxurious experience including showers. I'm running it all the time. There is a shop, cafe, mineral mist bath ``LeFuro'', beauty salon ``MiMC'', and other relaxation and rest spaces, as well as an accommodation building. ◆Organic detached inns "Cedar", "Matsu", "Chestnut", and "Hinoki" We offer four detached inns with different tastes. This inn is made with plenty of naturally dried domestic wood such as cedar, pine, chestnut, and cypress, and the interior was designed by four artists. All four buildings have private open-air baths. [Pursuit of food] ◆Three top chefs - Hirohiro Tsujiguchi A pastry chef representing Japan who has won numerous world competitions. He has been active in a wide range of activities as the owner and chef of Mont Saint Clair in Jiyugaoka. At Aquaignis, he is responsible for ``Confiture Ash'' and ``Mariage de Farine,'' and also operates ``Tsujiguchi Farm,'' a four-building strawberry greenhouse.・Masayuki Okuda is the owner and chef of “Al Kecciano” in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. He is active worldwide, including being selected as the executive chef at the Davos Conference in Switzerland. This is Aquaignis' first store in western Japan, and they offer ``Sala Bianchi Al Kecciano'' and ``Il Kecciano Miele.''・Masahiro Kasahara Master of the pros and cons of Ebisu, Shibuya Ward, currently known as one of the most difficult Japanese restaurants to get a reservation. At Aquaignis, we are developing ``Pros and Cons of ``Kasaan'' under the theme of ``Authentic Japanese food that the whole family can enjoy.'' ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ◎Click here for a list of Aquaignis' "Lunch + Sweets + Bathing Plans" ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ◎ Click here to make a reservation for Aquaignis― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ―
