The leaves of the Hananoki trees at Iinami High School turn red from around early November, and reach their peak of autumn leaves in mid-November.

Chamu2021 reached its peak on November 17th. The color changes from green to red from the outside of the tree toward the center.

Shooting point

From here, we will introduce some points and tips to take more beautiful pictures of Japanese redflowers! Since it is a huge tree, you can enjoy taking pictures from various viewpoints ♫

① Take pictures with backlight

If you want to take pictures of brightly colored autumn leaves, we recommend backlighting! Find the position where the sun shines through the gaps in the leaves and take the photo.

The sunlight shines through the leaves, allowing you to take photos of the vivid colors of the autumn leaves.

ChamuMyrecommendation is backlighting in the afternoon. The closer it is to sunset, the warmer the colors will appear♫

② Take photos from a low angle

If you shoot with the camera close to the ground, the leaves on the ground will appear larger. Combined with backlighting, the sense of reality and vividness of colors increases!

FugamaruActually, this photo was taken from the same position as photo ①. Just changing your perspective a little can make a big difference in how you see things.

The Chamlow angle gives you a perspective of looking up at the trees, so I was able to see the autumn leaves fill the screen more than in photo 1.

③ Take photos with vertical composition

Let's get a little closer to the Japanese redwood tree and take a picture with a vertical composition. You can clearly see both fallen leaves and Japanese red trees.

The Hananoki trees at FugamaruIinami High School are characterized by their beautiful fallen leaves. I thought that a vertical composition would be able to show the charm of both the giant tree and fallen leaves.

④ Play with fallen leaves

I made a heart mark using fallen Japanese red leaves. Let's make effective use of fallen leaves and enjoy admiring and photographing Japanese red trees.

ChamuI have a feeling that if your child sits next to the heart symbol, you will be able to take some cute pictures! Hananoki is a perfect spot for commemorative photos.

Hananoki concert held

In mid-November, the Iinami High School Brass Band will hold the ``Japanese Red Leaves Evening Concert'' under the Japanese red trees. In 2021, it was held on November 9th.

FugamaruThe Hananoki Concert is an annual event at Iinan High School. This event is also a great occasion for the third-year brass band members who are about to graduate.
