Sushiku "Asama Kona Gayu" Sushikyu Asamakonagayu

On the first day of every month, Sushihisa welcomes everyone with morning porridge that takes into account the transition of the ceremony. This month's Sushihisa morning porridge is ``Asakuma small greens porridge'' containing small Asama greens, which has been made at the foot of Mt.Asama since ancient times as an ingredient for delicious pickles. We hope that by eating this small vegetable grown in the harsh cold of Mt.Asama, you will be able to survive the remaining cold until spring.
