On the first day of every month, Sushikyu welcomes everyone with morning porridge that takes into account the changing seasons. This month's morning porridge at Sushihisa is ``Mochi Mugi Porridge'', which uses a rare ``Mochi Mugi'' that has been made in some regions since ancient times. Let's eat healthy barley and get through the summer season with energy.
