The buckwheat flour is purchased directly from farmers in Kaida Plateau, one of Japan's leading soba production areas, and the soba noodles are prepared by our expert chefs using the delicious natural water from AoyamaPlateau.
This is a masterpiece that has been carefully crafted from beginning to end.
You can eat as many bowls of the soba noodles as they are made with great care.

We operate a free shuttle bus from Kintetsu kambe Kobe Station and Sakakibara Onsenguchi Station, which requires reservations.

For customers coming from Osaka, Iga kambe Station (approximately 35 minutes),
For customers coming from the Nagoya area, Sakakibara Onsenguchi Station <about 40 minutes> is convenient.
