MatsusakaCity first cafe supporting people with disabilities is loved by local residents for its bright and homely atmosphere. Particularly popular for lunch is the beef tongue series, which includes "beef tongue stew," "beef tongue burger," and "beef tongue bowl." The chewy and hard-looking beef tongue is slowly simmered in a red wine-based soup, giving it a melt-in-the-mouth texture. For those who want a hearty meal, we also recommend the Beef Sagari series.
