Yacht-style glamping in the forest
A white beach bathed in sunlight and an endless deep blue sea. This is Taso Shirahama Beach in Minamiise Town MinamiiseTown. There is a mysterious wharf in the forest, which is a 1-minute walk from the beach. Three yachts are moored in the gentle shade of trees. This is Japan's first forest marina.
The interior is more spacious and relaxing than you might imagine from the outside, evoking the feeling of voyage. Even in the summer, you can stay comfortably with air conditioning. If you lie on the deck and look up at the night sky, you'll see stars twinkling between the trees.
