Gokashoura Mt. Asama
This Mt. Asama is also called "Gokasho Fuji" because of its similar shape. The Sengen Monument on this mountain dates back to 1678 and is the oldest in the town.As the mountain can be worshiped from all sides, it has Bodhisattva statues embossed on all four sides. From the mountain, you can see a panoramic view of Gokasho Bay, which is a sight to behold.
