Japan's largest sweets festival, held once every four years, is held in Ise!
As many as 1,800 sweets collected from all over the country will be on display and on sale, and large-scale craft sweets made by confectioners will also be on display.
There are many sweets that can only be eaten at Confectionery Expo, including "Shiroi Akafukumochi", so please come and visit us!

Symbol exhibition giant craft confectionery

A giant craft confectionery approximately 10m wide and 5.5m deep. This is an impressive work created by more than 100 Japanese and Western confectionery artisans in Mie Prefecture who have combined their craftsmanship. Using the ukiyo-e print of Hiroshige Utagawa's ``Ise Sangu Shrine Miyagawa Passage'' as a motif, this giant craft confectionery expresses the bustle of Ise pilgrimages during the Edo period.

Sweets Crafts Museum

Craft sweets made by confectionery artisans from all over the country using traditional techniques are gathered together and exhibited. 174 items are on display, the largest number in the history of Confectionery Expo! This is a confectionery museum unique to Confectionery Expo, with a wide variety of works on display.

“Mie Food Travel Passport” Confectionery Expo Edition!!

Visit confectionery shops (stores affiliated with the Mie Prefecture Confectionery Industry Association) in five areas of the prefecture (Hokusei, Chunansei, Ise-Shima, Iga, and HigashiKishu), including the Confectionery Expo venue, collect three or more stamps, and buy sweets. If you drop your application into the application box inside the expo venue or mail it to the Confectionery Expo Secretariat, 50 people will be randomly selected to win prizes. *For details, please see the attached flyer.
