Special feature on parks in InabeCity and KomonoTown!

There are parks where you can enjoy beautiful flowers such as InabeCity Agricultural Park, which is famous nationwide for plum blossoms, Manyo no Sato Park, which is famous for hydrangeas, and ForestParkofMiePrefecture where you can enjoy athletics and hiking in a spacious space. InabeCity Agricultural Park (InabeCity)

InabeCity Agricultural Park

Inabe Plum Festival - Held every March at Bairin Park. The plum grove with approximately 4,000 plum trees of 100 types is a sight to behold!
Inabe Botan Festival - Held every year during Golden Week from April to May.
The largest in the Tokai area! 5,000 peonies of 35 types bloom throughout the park!
In addition, you can enjoy peach blossoms, cherry blossoms, forsythia, snow willow, cornelian cornelian, azalea, hydrangea, wisteria, and daisies.

Inabe Park (InabeCity)

This park is located on the banks of Inabe Oike, surrounded by rolling hills of red pine forest, and spreads out over approximately 7.3 hectares in a quiet environment.
The park has a promenade that is perfect for relieving lack of exercise, and a five-storied symbol tower that offers a wonderful view of the Suzuka mountains and the Hokusei townscape at its foot.

Manyo no Sato Park (InabeCity)

Of the 150 types of plants mentioned in the Manyoshu, 140 types of plants were transplanted to the park surrounding the civic center. The original song sung about the plant is displayed on a sign.
This place is also famous for its hydrangeas, with 5,000 hydrangeas in full bloom in mid-June.

Nishi-Fujiwara Station Park (InabeCity)

Steam locomotive No. 102, which used to run on the Sangi Railway, is on display in the park.

ForestParkofMiePrefecture (KomonoTown)

Nature learning exhibition hall, observation deck plaza, wild bird forest, local forest, municipal forest, natural forest, production forest, stream plaza, nature observation, forest bathing trail, orienteering course, adventure forest (athletic course) 44 .6ha. Oishi Park (Komono Town, KomonoTown)

There is a large stone that you can look up at while sitting on the riverbed of the hot spring town upstream of the Mitaki River. This is ``Yunoyama Oishi'' and the entire area nearby is Oishi Park. This large stone is estimated to weigh 800 tons, and is said to be the largest stone lying in a river in Mie Prefecture.
