“Lantern Illumination Journey to Asia” will be held at “Yokkaichi Onsen Ofuro Café Yumoriza” until February 28, 2021! The interior is decorated with decorations inspired by the Lantern Festival, which is held every month in Hoi An, Vietnam and is popular among Japanese tourists. We also sell specialty dishes and ingredients from various Asian countries, as well as specially formulated medicinal springs. We'd like to introduce you to some popular events where you can take a relaxing bath and experience "Asia," which has become so close yet so far away.

When you step into the entrance, you will be greeted by numerous lanterns, which are the symbol of this event, and sedge hats, which are called ``non la'' in Vietnam.

The exotic atmosphere full of Asian taste will make your heart flutter! I have high expectations.

Of course, we are taking all possible precautions against the new coronavirus infection!

At the time of entering the building, we have implemented facial recognition AI cameras, body temperature checks, alcohol disinfection, and thorough ventilation in the building and bathrooms. Additionally, all staff members are wearing masks.

The Andon Tower, which can be said to be the symbol of Yumoriza, is surrounded by brightly colored lanterns, creating a different atmosphere than usual.

This tower, which is about 10 meters high, is made of cedar wood from Mie Prefecture, and near the entrance there is a fireplace with a flickering real fire.

There is a spiral staircase inside the Andon Tower, and as you go up there are small rooms on each floor where couples or friends can relax.

Additionally, photos of famous spots and spectacular views in Mie Prefecture are posted here and there, so please take this opportunity to impress upon your eyes the ``good things'' about Mie Prefecture that you didn't know about before.

Inside the facility, you can read as many as 10,000 magazines and comics, as well as use Wi-Fi, power supplies, massage chairs, and various board games.

Also, freshly ground coffee is free, and you can drink as many cups as you want! You can forget about time and relax and enjoy your time.

“Lantern Illumination: Journey to Asia” will feature an “Asian Trip” corner for a limited time. We have a large selection of Asia-related books selected by staff who love reading.

Immerse yourself in the feeling of traveling to Asia while staying warm under the colorful lanterns and wearing a free kimono.

The restaurant ``Kacho Yugetsu'' also has a special menu that is popular in Asian countries!

From "Green Curry" (850 yen/excluding tax) and "Khao Man Gai" (780 yen/excluding tax), which are familiar Thai dishes with a spicy kick, to "Vietnamese Coffee" (480 yen/excluding tax) with the addictive sweetness of condensed milk. (excluding tax), you can enjoy the taste unique to the event.

An "Asian Market" featuring ingredients and seasonings from all over Asia will also be held at the same time!

The lineup includes Taiwanese ramen, tom yum goong, Vietnamese pho, and more, making Asian dishes popular for their unique sourness and spiciness available as souvenirs or to be enjoyed at home.

Also, on Saturdays and Sundays during the event period, the medicinal bath corner of the bathhouse will become "Yakunin-yu".

A special hot spring with plenty of chili pepper and natural herbal medicines such as mountain radish and cinnamon bark. In the season when it gets colder, it will keep your body and mind warm!

All the hot water in the bathhouse is an authentic natural hot spring that comes out from 1,300 meters underground. It is a weakly alkaline simple hot spring that is said to be less irritating.

In addition, "nano water", which is said to have high moisturizing and penetrating effects, is used in all bathtubs and showers. It is popular for making your skin feel moist and moisturized after taking a bath.

Yumoriza's original "Kamaburo Mist Bath" is a relaxing spot that you should definitely try.

Enter the room covered with gravel and soak in the mist. Because the temperature is low, you will gradually sweat, which will raise your basal body temperature.

A "highly concentrated carbonated hot spring" that dissolves carbon dioxide gas into the hot spring. It is said that the warming effect of carbon dioxide gas provides a long-lasting moisturizing effect and also promotes blood circulation.

We also have a wide variety of baths, including jet baths, electric baths, Fubai hot springs, herbal medicine hot springs, and high-temperature saunas.

The Dohyo bath is located in the outdoor space of the women's public bath. It is an authentic structure modeled after a sumo wrestling ring supervised by a former makuuchi sumo wrestler.

Because it has a large roof, it is especially popular among women who are sensitive to sunlight. During the main event, you can enjoy the hot springs while watching sumo broadcasts on the built-in TV.

A 100% natural mud pack made with montmorillonite, a domestic natural material rich in minerals.

Mud can be expected to have the effect of removing excess sebum and smoothing the skin. Best of all, it's free to use, so give it a try!

Popular theater has been passed down as entertainment for the common people since the Edo period. Plays, dances, and song shows performed by popular troupes are held in a hall that recreates the atmosphere of those days.

If there are empty seats, you can watch the show for free, but if you want a more realistic experience, there are paid reserved seats available.

Facial expressions that perfectly display emotions, anger, sadness, and intonation, and movements that give off a relaxed and sexy vibe... After all, the impact is different when you see it live.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have so-called ``intense'' interactions such as handshakes and commemorative photos, but passionate fans still flock from not only the local area but also from all over the country to experience the ``elegance'' of popular theater.

``Capsule Hotel Hatagoya'' plans (staying until morning) are reasonably priced starting from 4,100 yen including tax. The private booth is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and a power source for smartphones.

In addition, entry and exit to the women-only zone is controlled using a security card, so you can use it with peace of mind.

The souvenir shop ``Chachabashira'' carries local specialties, sweets, and Yumoriza's original goods. Also, don't miss the opportunity to sample a wide variety of local ciders from all over the country (213 to 260 yen/bottle excluding tax).

With so many varieties, it's a good idea to choose a different cider every time you visit and enjoy your own "after-bath drink."

It's nice to have a cider that looks delicious, but it's human nature to have an eye for something unusual.

From the left: ``Miso Cola,'' ``Mentai Cola,'' ``Eel Cola,'' and ``Watermelon Cider.'' I can't even imagine what it tastes like... Please try it out for yourself!

``Since we can't go overseas now, we planned this project because we wanted people to get a little taste of traveling,'' says Managing Executive Officer Shingo Ohashi. We hope to continue planning various events to please our customers.

Also, in the Kanto region, where Ofuro Cafe Yumoriza's sister restaurant is located, people often talk about Mie Prefecture, saying, ``Mie Prefecture has a lot of interesting places to visit and delicious food.''

``So, we would like to confidently convey the good things about Mie to people outside the prefecture,'' he said, expressing his aspirations.
